Confirm availability first
Every stay begins with an inquiry. Your requested dates must be confirmed with the vacation club before any payment is made.
Secure your reservation
After availability is confirmed, a 50% deposit is required to reserve the stay. The remaining balance is due two weeks before arrival.
Payment options
PayPal is accepted. Payment instructions are sent only after your dates are confirmed.
More than 30 days before arrival
The room fee paid becomes a credit valid for up to two years at managed resorts.
Within 30 days of arrival
The room fee paid is forfeited.
Check-in ID required
Only a passport or Dominican ID (cédula) is accepted at check-in. Check-in will be denied without one of these documents.
Arrival details due 5 days before
Send your arrival and departure information at least 5 days before your trip using the airport transportation link in your confirmation email. Otherwise you will need to arrange your own transportation.
